Kirstin is a wife and a mother of 3 boys. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies. She helped further research in blended families and remarriage and has helped educate the community on healthy relationships and how to achieve them. She is a certified Life Coach specializing in relationships and time management. She developed a true love for horses when she was a teenager; struggling to find her own self worth and self confidence. Horses were a very personal and non judgmental way of healing and developing her own self confidence and self awareness.

Jessica recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is now a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).  With a strong foundation in therapeutic principles and a lifelong bond with horses, she brings a unique blend of compassion, skill, and insight to her work.

Born and raised in the heart of Idaho, Jessica has always felt most at home around horses.  From an early age, she developed a deep connection with these incredible animals and has dedicated much of her life to learning from and caring for them.  Her passion for helping others, combined with her love for horses, naturally led her to the field of equine-assisted therapy.

Jessica believes deeply in the transformative power of equine-assisted therapy and is committed to helping people of all ages and backgrounds discover growth, healing, and resilience through their connection with horses. ​

Julie has a lifelong background in ownership and business management across technical support, education, and sales, she brings a passion for refining processes to create positive client experiences. Julie is especially committed to building self-esteem in both children and adults and shares a deep love for horses. She plays a crucial role in supporting Harness Your Power through office management and process development. 

Chase is a husband and father of 3 boys. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is detail oriented and is fueled by his curiosity and determination to find a solution to any task at hand. He has been around horses his whole life and has developed a passion for working with horses. He is committed to creating a trusting relationship with a horse to help them reach their potential.

Rachel Udy has been a horse lover her whole life and has years of experience riding and helping others. She loves caring for horses and other animals as well. She loves connecting with horses and people. She is happiest in the mountains and loves road trips and bike rides. She loves working with her hands and building and creating. She is an avid reader and would love to write a book someday. Rachel also enjoys music and plays the banjo. She strives to bring the best out of others and every situation.
