• There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes

• Missing more than two sessions in a month may result in removal from the program.

• If you choose to withdraw, 2 weeks notice is required.  No refunds are issued for the current month.

• Because sessions involve horses, staff preparation, and small group scheduling, each spot is reserved specifically for your child.

• ​If your child is unable to attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Closed-toed sturdy shoes and long pants are required

In cooler moths, all participants should dress in layers (indoor spaces are not heated)

In warmer months, please bring water to stay hydrated, a porta potty is available on site in the winter and summer

All safety equipment will be provided by Harness Your Power

Helmets are required when riding (provided by Harness Your Power)

All electronics must be left in the trailer or at home during the sessions

Participants are expected to follow instructor directions at all times.  Continued non-compliance may result in dismissal from a session or the program

Parents (when applicable) must remain outside the riding area at all times​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Our program operates on a monthly enrollment basis.

• • A paid invoice secures your child’s spot in the program.
  • Monthly payments are due the last Tuesday of the prior month.
  • If payment is declined, families have 2 days to update their payment method before the spot may be released.

• If you choose to discontinue participation, two weeks notice is required so we can adjust upcoming invoices accordingly.

• As an added support, parents may schedule one complimentary 15-minute phone call per quarter with owner Kirstin Halverson.

• These brief calls provide general updates, alignment, and simple ways to support your child at home. They are intended for connection and insight — not therapy sessions or crisis support.

• For urgent concerns, please contact your licensed provider or appropriate emergency resources.
